Jenny Thorissen

Jenny Thorissen is an experienced music educator and performer, currently serving as a Muziekdocent at Olympus College since January 2023. With a robust background in music instruction, Jenny has held roles including Vakleerkracht Muziek at Basisschool Samsam and Gemeente Overbetuwe, and at Kunstwerk! among others. Additionally, Jenny has experience as a trompettiste and has worked as a pedagogical staff member at Smallsteps kinderopvang. Leadership skills in music are showcased through positions such as conductor for Fanfare Euterpe Halle and Fanfare Eendracht Eerbeek. Jenny holds a Bachelor degree in Docent Muziek op Maat from ArtEZ University of the Arts and a Master of Music from Amsterdamse Hogeschool voor de Kunsten.
