Jennifer Janzen

Jennifer Janzen, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Olympus Group since October 2023. Prior to this role, Jennifer held the position of Senior Manager HR Operations at Jockey International, Inc. from March 2023 to September 2023. With an extensive background in human resources, Jennifer previously acted as Vice President of Human Resources at Tribute Technology Holdings, LLC, Salm Partners, LLC, and OnCourse Learning, overseeing comprehensive HR strategies and operations while reporting directly to top executives. Jennifer’s early career includes significant roles at ASQ, culminating in the position of Global Human Resources Director, and earlier roles as HR Senior Manager, HR Generalist, and HR Coordinator. Jennifer earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
