Shikhar Dahal

Shikhar Dahal is an experienced registered dietitian currently working at Om Hospital & Research Centre Pvt Ltd since June 2021, where Shikhar provides evidence-based nutrition interventions and manages the inpatient feeding program. In addition to this role, Shikhar serves as a Food Quality Control Officer at Stuti Khadhya Udhyog and as a Consultant Dietitian at the Sugar Thyroid Endocrinology and Multispeciality Center (STEM Center) since October 2021 and December 2021, respectively. Prior experience includes a position as a dietitian at Nepal Mediciti Vayodhya Hospital, where Shikhar established a systematic inpatient nutrition system. Shikhar has also worked as a consultant trainer for nursing students at HERD International and completed a student internship at Tribhuvan University. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Food Process and Product Engineering from the University of Veterinary Medicine, Hannover, and a Master of Public Administration from Tribhuvan University, along with a BSc. in Nutrition and Dietetics from the Institute of Science and Technology.
