Sandrine Bertrand

Sandrine Bertrand has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Their recent role was as the Transitional Chief Technical Officer at OM Pharma, where they were responsible for the industrial operations division and the definition and deployment of operational excellence and digitalization. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Technical Operation Transformation and the Head of Quality Management at the same company. Previously, Sandrine worked at Vifor Pharma, where they held various positions including Head of Manufacturing, Head of Fermentation Unit, and Head of Purification Unit. Sandrine also has experience at Lactalis International as the Responsable production, leading manufacturing and maintenance teams. Throughout their career, Sandrine has demonstrated skills in reorganization, performance improvement, digitalization, lean mindset, and leadership.

Sandrine Bertrand attended Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 from 1996 to 2000. In 1996, they obtained a Diplome Universitaire in Génie des procédés - Gestion de production en IAA from IUT Lyon 1. The following year, from 1997 to 1998, they pursued a Licence degree in Biotechnologie et Bioindustrie at Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1. Finally, from 1998 to 2000, Sandrine Bertrand completed their education at Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1, obtaining a Master's degree in Biotechnologie et Bioindustrie. In 2015, they also obtained a Green belt certification from CUBIK Partners.
