Allison Kuperman

Allison Kuperman is a Senior Product Designer at Omada Health, where leadership in the redesign of the program experience focuses on delivering multi-condition care through personalized care plans. Previously, Kuperman served as Product Design Lead at Omada, guiding the design of the mental health product from need-finding to launch while integrating design, behavior change, data science, and health to assist individuals in managing chronic diseases. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Product Designer at Medisas, contributing to the creation of an all-in-one operating system for hospitals, and as a Product Designer at Counsyl, where Kuperman designed user experiences for interpreting complex genetic data. Starting with a Product Design Internship at Counsyl and a UX Design Internship at athenahealth, Kuperman has built a robust foundation in product design. Kuperman earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Factors Engineering, with a minor in Communications & Media Studies, from Tufts University in 2015.
