Carmen Kaperick

Carmen Kaperick, LICSW, CDCES, is a seasoned professional in behavioral health with significant experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Behavioral Health at Omada Health since January 2016, Carmen previously held positions such as Clinical Program Manager, Behavioral Health Specialist, and Digital Health Coach within the same organization. Carmen's background includes a decade at OptimalLife Wellness Center as a Mental Health Therapist, offering therapy services for a range of mental health issues, as well as experience at Youth Eastside Services as a Youth and Family Counselor, where community-based and school-based counseling was provided. Carmen holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Washington and a bachelor's degree from Drake University.
