Eliza Gibson

Eliza Gibson, LCSW, is a highly experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the National VP of Jumbo Account Sales at Omada Health since February 2015. In this role, Eliza assists large employers and health systems in managing chronic disease risks, focusing on conditions such as diabetes and hypertension. Prior to this, Eliza was the Senior Director of Health Plans at Omada Health, enhancing access and outcomes in digital care. As the Founding Executive Director of Clinic by the Bay from November 2008 to January 2015, Eliza established a health clinic that provided essential services to the uninsured and significantly increased revenue. Eliza has also held management and leadership positions at Gibson Management Consulting, Larkin Street Youth Services, and several behavioral health organizations, demonstrating expertise in program development and operations management. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work from Smith College, a Bachelor of Arts from Pitzer College, and participation in the CHCF Healthcare Leadership Program. Eliza is a licensed clinical social worker in California and Oregon.
