Lauren Fix

Lauren Fix is an experienced professional in commercial operations and strategy, currently serving on the Mentor's Council at WestBridge Capital since September 2024 and holding the position of VP, Commercial Operations & Strategy at Omada Health since June 2015. Prior roles include Senior Director of Commercial Operations and Interim VP Marketing at Omada Health, as well as advising for Arrakis and participating as a Chief Member at Chief, a network aimed at advancing women leaders. Lauren's earlier career highlights include significant positions in sales operations and financial management at companies such as CardioDx, Berkeley HeartLab, Gilead Sciences, Elan Pharmaceuticals, and PDL Biopharma. Lauren holds an MBA in Finance and Technology Management and an MS in Biomedical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, along with a BS in Chemical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara.
