Michelle Percia possesses extensive experience in health management and program development, currently serving as Chairperson of Omada Cares at Omada Health since September 2021. As a founding member of the employee philanthropy program, Michelle focuses on enhancing health equity and community engagement. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Partner Enablement and Partner Enablement Manager at LeagueApps, and various positions at Plus One Health Management, where strategic engagement and product innovation were emphasized. Michelle’s career began at Town Sports International, where skills in communications and operations management were honed. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Rutgers University.
