Beata Janeczko

Beata Janeczko has a diverse work experience in the field of learning and development. Beata began their career as an English as a Second Language Instructor at various language centers and schools. In 2011, they worked at the Language Communication Centre and later at the Ekologiczne Gimnazjum Społeczne i Podstawowa Ekologiczna Szkoła Społeczna, teaching English until 2017.

In 2012, Beata joined NUADU as a Digital Learning Content Editor, where they mapped content for digital English courses based on the Polish national curriculum. Beata also curated existing digital content for specific age groups and provided suggestions for user experience optimization.

From 2014 to 2017, they worked as an English as a Second Language Instructor at Szkoła Językowa Dialog. In 2015, they took on the role of Assistant Manager of the Polish Women's National Lacrosse Team at the Polish Lacrosse Federation. Beata'sresponsibilities included organizing workshops, managing social media, and recording and editing video material.

In 2018, Beata worked as a Digital Learning Content Editor at SKYLINE Karina Kolodynska, where they wrote content for teacher guidebooks for vocational English e-learning courses. Beata also implemented corrections to the content.

The same year, they joined NUADU again as a Digital Learning Consultant, focusing on content mapping, curation, and testing for English courses aligned with the Polish national curriculum.

In 2019, they joined Sitecore as a Learning Experience Designer, where they designed and delivered concepts for product digital training and certification paths. Beata collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to create highly technical digital training.

In the same year, Beata began working at Omada as a Digital Learning Consultant, leading the project management of the Credly platform implementation for certification digital badges. Beata also redesigned and relaunched Omada Hub, the company's Learning and Knowledge Sharing Platform, and acted as an ambassador for the rebranding process.

At Omada, they were later promoted to Senior Learning & Development Consultant in 2021. In this role, they became the project owner for Omada Hub and created a strategy for the platform based on business needs. Beata provided consultations, technical training, and knowledge sharing workshops to the community teams and managers.

Prior to their work in the learning and development field, Beata also gained experience at Learnetic SA as a Digital Learning Expert. Beata facilitated presentations and training in e-learning software solutions, managed exhibition events, and conducted need analysis.

Beata Janeczko's education history begins in 2008 when they started pursuing a Bachelor's degree in English Philology with a Teaching Speciality at the University of Gdansk. Beata completed their Bachelor's degree in 2011. Beata then continued their education at the same university and obtained a Master's degree in English Philology, with a focus on Linguistics, in 2013.

In 2015, Beata Janeczko enrolled in postgraduate studies at the University of Gdansk, specializing in Scandinavian studies with a Norwegian major. Beata completed their postgraduate studies in 2017.
