Beata Janeczko has a diverse work experience in the field of learning and development. Beata began their career as an English as a Second Language Instructor at various language centers and schools. In 2011, they worked at the Language Communication Centre and later at the Ekologiczne Gimnazjum Społeczne i Podstawowa Ekologiczna Szkoła Społeczna, teaching English until 2017.
