Michael Garrett has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the software and technology industry. Michael is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Omada, a global market leader in Identity Governance and Administration. Prior to this, they held the same role at Workshare, a leading provider of secure enterprise file sharing and collaboration applications.

Michael also has experience with Micro Focus (formerly HP / Hewlett Packard Enterprise) and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they served as the Global Vice President and General Manager of Software Services. In these roles, they were responsible for managing global teams and delivering consulting, integration projects, technical services, education, and training.

Before joining HP, Michael worked at InterX, a UK-based start-up, where they established a new sales vertical for Financial Services. Michael was also a Sales Account Manager at Oracle, where they were responsible for software sales in the defense marketplace and played a key role in securing significant wins that made Oracle the top supplier in the market.

Earlier in their career, Michael worked as a Senior Consultant at Siemens. Overall, they have a strong track record of leading successful transformations, driving growth and profitability, and delivering innovative solutions to complex business challenges.

Michael Garrett attended Staffordshire University from 1992 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Computer Science.
