Ralf Schaffelhofer has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Ralf began their career at Deutsche Telekom in 1998, where they worked in research and development until 2000. Ralf then joined T-Systems International as a Consultant/Project Manager in IT Security, a role they held until 2006. At Deutsche Telekom, Ralf took on various positions including Teamlead for Product Security, Teamlead for Identity Management Services in Systems Management, and finally, Head of Identity Management Services from 2006 to 2012. In 2012, they transitioned to Deutsche Telekom as the Head of Customer Platforms Development until 2013 and later became a Transition and Change Manager from 2014 to 2014. Ralf then joined Omada in 2014 and has held two positions there: Principal Engagement Manager from 2014 to 2020 and currently, Director, Customer Success Manager & PM Practice Director.
Ralf Schaffelhofer completed their education at Justus Liebig University Giessen from 1991 to 1998, where they obtained a Diploma in Mathematics and Computer Science. Prior to that, they attended Weidig Gymnasium Butzbach from 1981 to 1990, but no specific degree or field of study information was provided for that period.
