Sean Brown has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Sean began their career as an Officer in the Royal Navy, serving from 1989 to 1992. Sean then worked as a Technical Consultant and Solution Architect at HP, specializing in enterprise solutions for telecommunications, travel & transportation, and financial services.
In 1996, Sean joined Imperial College London, where they pursued a Full-Time MBA. Following this, they held various roles at HP, including Lead Solution Architect in the financial services industry and EMEA Marketing Manager for services.
In 2006, Sean joined Hewlett-Packard Enterprise as a Country Sales Manager, responsible for managing a sales team and achieving breakthrough sales in the public sector. Sean also served as the Country Sales Director for HP Networking, focusing on business development, channel management, and marketing.
From 2018 to 2020, Sean worked as an Area Sales Director at SaltStack, a leader in server automation and IT security solutions. Here, they managed sales and channel management activities across EMEA.
In 2020, Sean joined VMware as a Senior Account Executive in the Cloud Management Business Unit, responsible for software sales in EMEA and APJ regions.
Most recently, in 2022, Sean became the Vice President of Global Partners and Channel at Omada. Omada is a market leader in Identity Governance and Administration, providing cloud native solutions that enable organizations to achieve compliance, reduce risk, and maximize efficiency.
Sean Brown attended Bournemouth University from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a B.Sc (2i) degree in Software Engineering. Sean then pursued a Full-Time MBA in Business Administration and Management, General at Imperial College London from 1999 to 2000.
