Justin Idle, C.M., ACE has over 15 years of experience in the aviation industry. Justin began their career as a Customer Service Agent at Comair in 2006 and then worked as a Certified Trainer at Regional Elite Airline Services from 2010 to 2011. Justin went on to join Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport as an Airport Operations Representative, working in both landside and airside roles from 2011 to 2015. Justin then joined Jet Linx as a Flight Coordination Specialist and later became a Flight Coordination Supervisor from 2015 to 2018. Currently, they are employed at Omaha Airport Authority as an Air Service & Business Development Analyst, where they are responsible for developing relationships with airlines, providing research and analysis, and engaging with industry professionals. Justin also contributes to social media efforts and performs various analytical tasks related to airport operations.

Justin Idle, C.M., ACE attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha from 2007 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Air Transport Administration. In addition to their formal education, Justin has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and qualifications. Justin became a Certified Member (C.M.) through the AAAE in July 2013. In November 2011, they completed the Advanced Command System (IS-400), Intermediate Incident Command System (IS-300), National Incident Management System (NIMS) An Introduction (IS-700), National Response Framework An Introduction (IS-800), ICS for Single Resources and Initial Action Incidents (IS-200), and Introduction to the Incident Command System (IS-100) courses through the Emergency Management Institute. Subsequently, in November 2019, they became a licensed FAA Commercial Drone Pilot (Part 107) through the Federal Aviation Administration. Most recently, in March 2022, Justin obtained the ACE Operations certification from AAAE.
