Justine Olsen is an experienced professional in health strategy and operations, currently serving as the Sector Impact Strategy Manager for Health at Omaha Community Foundation since November 2024. Prior to this, Justine held various leadership roles at Signature Performance, Inc., including Vice President of Business Development and Director of Data Intelligence & Operations. Justine's career also includes positions such as SAMHSA Project Director at Community Alliance and Health Care Strategy Analyst at CQuence Health Group. Justine's expertise in quality improvement and program management was demonstrated at ENHANCE Health Network and Women's Center for Advancement. Justine began a career focused on program development at Lutheran Family Services of Nebraska. Justine holds a Master of Science in Public Policy and Administration from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Creighton University, and a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt (Healthcare) certificate from Villanova University.
