Nathan Watson

Nathan Watson serves as the Executive Chairman of Omaha Data Science Academy and has played a pivotal role in shaping the institution's strategy and vision since July 2016. Additionally, Watson is the Chief Executive Officer of Contemporary Analysis, which specializes in AI and data science, having contributed to numerous successful projects since 2011. As a founder and dean of the region's only licensed data science school, Watson emphasizes practical, real-world data science education. With a history in various leadership and operational roles across multiple organizations, including as a regional director for Crawl for Cancer and co-founder of Hemp Batch Tracker, Watson demonstrates extensive experience in the fields of data science, analytics, and community service. Educationally, Watson holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Geology and Geographical Information Systems from Northwest Missouri State University.
