Scott Dugan

Scott Dugan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Scott started their career in 1993 as a Voice Intercept/Interrogator in the US Army, where they served until 1998. Following this, they worked as a Senior Financial Planner at Dayoub Financial Designs from April 1998 to December 1999. Scott then joined Mid-Plains Center in March 2000, initially as CFO/COO and later became President/CEO, serving until September 2012. In June 2012, they became the Owner of Play It Again Sports - Grand Island, a position they held until April 2014. Since November 2013, Scott has been working at Omaha Fixture International, first as a Finance/Operations Controller and currently serving as the VP of Finance & Administration as of June 2022.

Scott Dugan pursued their undergraduate studies at Miami University from 1988 to 1992. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
