Mamata Sharma

Mamata Sharma has worked in various roles throughout their career. In 2018, they joined Anthem, Inc. as a Business System Analyst. During their time there, they analyzed business requirements, collaborated with various teams, attended agile ceremonies, and coordinated IT projects based on the Agile methodology. Mamata also demonstrated a strong understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies and utilized JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint for bug reporting and document management. In 2020, they worked as a Tax Technician at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. and later joined Omaha National as an Accounting Specialist.

Mamata Sharma completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics/Finance at Colorado State University from 2004 to 2008. Mamata then pursued a Master's degree in Health System Management at Regis University from 2011 to 2013. Later, they obtained another Master's degree in Management Information System and Project Management from Bellevue University between 2014 and 2016.

In terms of additional certifications, Mamata Sharma earned the Scrum Master Accredited Certification from the International Scrum Institute™ in October 2018. Mamata also completed the Programming Foundations: Software Testing/QA certification from LinkedIn in September 2020 and the Become a Software Tester certification from Udemy in July 2020.
