Holly Pelesky

Holly Pelesky currently serves as the Assistant Branch Manager at the Omaha Public Library, where responsibilities include performing complex research, advising readers, preparing content for the library's website, and managing branch operations in the absence of the manager. Previous roles include Arts & Culture Librarian and Library Specialist, where Holly focused on recommending materials, planning programming, and supervising staff. Additionally, Holly has experience as a Writing Center Consultant at Metropolitan Community College and as a Teaching Artist with the Nebraska Writers Collective, fostering creativity and providing writing assistance. Holly's earlier career includes roles in administration and recruiting with Ideal Pure Water, WorldView LTD, and PayPal. Holly holds a Master of Library & Information Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
