CJ Jackson is an experienced professional in organizational development and project management, currently serving as the Director of Organizational Development at Omaha Public Power District since August 2020. In this role, CJ has successfully established Quality Assurance and Release Services teams, significantly improving application sustainability while reducing defects and vulnerabilities. As the Founder and Executive Director of Phenomenal Woman Academy, CJ promotes empowerment and leadership development. Previous positions include Project Manager Consultant at TEKsystems, overseeing a $6M technology update for OPPD, and Program Management Consultant at Modis for a $20M+ technology integration project. CJ's background spans roles in program management, project management, and operational coordination across various industries, including financial services and education, complemented by a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership and a Master’s in Project Management.
