Collin Sniff

Collin Sniff, JD, currently serves as the Manager of Energy Regulatory Policy and Alternative Energy Contract Manager at Omaha Public Power District since August 2020. Prior to this role, Collin worked as a Senior Landman at Tecolote Energy, LLC from July 2016 to August 2020, and held the position of Senior District Landman at Samson Resources from May 2007 to July 2016. Collin began the professional career as a Title Examiner and Lease Negotiator at Vernon L. Smith & Associates, working from May 2005 to April 2007. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) obtained from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2007 and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Political Science and Government from Oklahoma State University, completed in 2004.
