Derek Peckenpaugh

Derek Peckenpaugh, CISSP, has extensive experience in cybersecurity and engineering, currently serving at Omaha Public Power District since November 2001, where roles have included Security Engineering, Senior Cyber Security Engineer, Cyber Security Specialist, Cyber Security Analyst, and Programmer/Analyst. Prior experience includes working as an Automated Software Test Engineer at DMSi Software from 2000 to 2001 and as a Software Test Engineer at US WEST DEX from 1997 to 2000. Derek Peckenpaugh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism/Communications from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, earned between 1980 and 1985.
