Jake Farrell

Jake Farrell is an experienced professional in real property and land management, currently serving as the Manager of Real Property & Land Management at Omaha Public Power District since September 2008. In this role, Farrell provides strategic direction and oversight for land rights and real estate work, including property acquisitions, leasing, and management. Additionally, Farrell is the President of Jacob Farrell Construction Company, specializing in general contracting and remodeling projects. As a member of the International Right of Way Association, Farrell has held several leadership positions, including International President, International Vice President, and International Treasurer, contributing to the coordination of activities within the association. Jake Farrell holds a Bachelor's degree in General Business from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a certificate in Real Estate from the Randall School of Real Estate.
