John Tomasek

John Tomasek is a skilled professional with a strong background in engineering and construction. Currently serving as a Distribution Engineer and Nuclear Equipment Operator at Omaha Public Power District since January 2012, John ensures safe and efficient plant operations while collaborating with various service organizations. Previous experience includes working as an Inlet Carpenter and Pipe Layer at Charles Vrana & Son Construction Company, where John contributed to heavy highway construction projects and gained expertise with Nebraska DOT specifications. John holds a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Engineering Technologies from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
