Joshua Clark

Joshua Clark has extensive experience in law enforcement and security management, currently serving as the Manager of Protective Services for Omaha Public Power District since June 2020. In addition, Joshua has been with Lancaster County in Lincoln, NE, since July 2010, holding the position of Captain and serving as the Administrative Support Division Commander. Joshua's responsibilities have included supervisory roles in the Patrol, Special Services, and Criminal Investigations Divisions, as well as duties as a Deputy, which involved patrol operations and tactical team leadership. Joshua earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln between 1995 and 1999.
