Ken Mattson

Ken Mattson has extensive experience in network engineering and management, currently serving as Network Team Lead and Sr. Network Engineer at Omaha Public Power District since December 2016. Prior to this role, Ken worked at Creighton University for 18 years, where significant contributions included overhauling the campus network infrastructure and implementing an MPLS topology. Ken's career also includes experience as a Network Administrator and Instructor at Creighton, focusing on enhancing curriculum through technology. Earlier in the career, Ken served in the United States Air Force as a Computer and Switching Systems Specialist, where responsibilities included improving training programs and managing logistics for significant government projects. Education includes coursework at Metropolitan Community College and the Community College of the Air Force, specializing in computer and switching systems.
