Michelle A. Homme

Michelle A. Homme, PHR, ABCP, serves as a Business Continuity Specialist at Omaha Public Power District since June 2018, overseeing the development and management of the organization's Business Continuity Program. With a background in continuous improvement as a leader and experience as a Senior Diversity and Inclusion Consultant, Michelle has contributed to workforce development and DE&I initiatives. As the CEO and President of Constant Change, LLC, Michelle is a published author with works including "It's Time: Changing Your Life Starts Today." Additionally, Michelle has held various roles related to community service and media, including serving on the advisory board of FITGirl, Inc. and contributing articles to media outlets. Michelle earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of California, Riverside, and has cultivated a diverse career spanning over three decades in different industries.
