Patrick Garnatz

Patrick Garnatz is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in financial reporting and operational management within various industries. Currently serving as Lead Corporate Accountant at Omaha Public Power District since October 2018, Patrick has previously held significant roles at Kiewit, including Senior Corporate Accountant and various positions focused on operational and financial reporting for large projects. With expertise in revenue recognition standards and technical accounting research, Patrick has contributed to financial processes across multiple subsidiaries and has a strong background in both internal audits and SEC reporting. Patrick’s educational foundation includes a BSBA in Accounting, Finance, and Banking from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
