Bob Kamphaus

Bob Kamphaus currently serves as a Quality Assurance Analyst and Order Fulfillment Manager at Omaha Steaks, where employment began in September 2018. Previously, Bob held the position of Software Development Manager at West Corporation from 2013 to 2017, overseeing software engineers in the development of IVR applications and outbound notifications for Fortune 500 clients. Additionally, Bob was a Software Development Manager and Scrum Master at CSG Systems, Inc. from 2006 to 2013, managing mainframe software engineers and quality analysts in an agile environment and providing mentorship and training. Bob's career also includes a directorial role at Convergys (formerly Matrixx Marketing and WATS Marketing) from January 1993 to February 2005. Bob Kamphaus holds a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education/Mathematics from Doane University, a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln, and a Certificate in Mainframe Programming from the Institute of Computer Science.
