Xiaoting Xiaoting is an experienced data analyst with a strong background in direct marketing analysis and data-driven decision-making. Currently serving as a Direct Marketing Analyst at Omaha Steaks since February 2015, Xiaoting manages complex projects focused on enhancing customer experience through analytical techniques such as ETL and predictive modeling. Prior roles include Marketing Data Analyst at DocuSign, where key performance indicators were developed, and Data Analyst at Werner Enterprises, applying statistical methods to derive business insights from big data. Xiaoting's educational background includes advanced degrees in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, and a recent completion of the MIT Applied Data Science Program.
