Early career experience includes an Accounting Manager role at Hotel Frank and a foundational position as Operations Processor III at Wells Fargo Bank, where Cecille honed skills in complex financial processes. Notably, Cecille's accomplishments include the successful collection of aged receivables and effective management of HR functions in unionized environments, alongside capabilities in operational efficiency and compliance from a tenure at RCBC Savings Bank.
