Thao Doan currently serves as the Assistant General Manager at Omakase Restaurant Group since May 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing front-of-house operations, conducting interviews and onboarding for new staff, managing property maintenance, and participating in monthly P&L meetings and inventory management. Prior experience includes roles as Front Desk Coordinator at The Institute/Prime59 from March 2021 to February 2023, and positions at Remington Hotels as Concierge and Front Desk staff between January 2017 and November 2019. Thao also worked as a Concierge at Carneros Resort & Spa from May 2017 to November 2018 and as a Food Runner at The French Laundry from 2014 to 2015. Educational qualifications include a CPT1 degree in Phlebotomy Technician/Phlebotomist from CalRegional, obtained between 2018 and 2021. Additional education was pursued at Napa Valley College.
