Mahfood Al Harthy

Mahfood Al Harthy is the current Chief Sales Officer at Oman Air. Mahfood has previously worked as the General Manager at Etihad Airways from May 2012 to August 2014. Prior to that, they were the Founder and Managing Director at AFKAR Enterprises and Investment LLC from June 2009 to June 2015. Mahfood has also worked as the Head of Sales GCC at Gulf Air from August 1993 to June 2009. Mahfood's first job was as the Assistant Area Manager- Bahrain at Gulf Air from April 1991 to July 1992.

Mahfood Al Harthy has a research doctorate in business administration and management from the University of Liverpool. Mahfood also has a master's in business administration from the university, as well as an advanced management leadership program from INSEAD. Mahfood also has certificates in organizational leadership from both the University of Liverpool and INSEAD. Mahfood's undergraduate degree is in business administration and management from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and they have an associate's degree in business administration and management from St. Edward's University.
