Ali al Madani

Ali Al Madani is an experienced Information Technology professional with a strong background in IT support and system management. Currently serving as an Information Technology Support Engineer at Oman Airports Management Company since July 2016, responsibilities include installing and resolving software and hardware issues for end users, updating ICT asset details, and coordinating across various teams. Previously, Ali held positions at Omantel and OCS Infotech, where duties encompassed troubleshooting technical problems, responding to customer inquiries, and training new customer support representatives. Ali holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the Higher College of Technology Muscat, obtained between 2008 and 2013.
