Abdullah al Shanfari

Abdullah Al Shanfari is a legal professional with extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as Legal Counsel at Oman Arab Bank since April 2023. Prior to this role, Abdullah worked at BankDhofar from November 2017 to July 2023, holding positions as Legal Counsel and Legal Officer. Abdullah began their legal career as a Trainee at the Public Prosecution Service in June 2016. Academically, Abdullah holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Financial Law, Governance, Risk, and Compliance from the University of Hertfordshire (2019-2020) and a degree in Law from Sultan Qaboos University (2012-2017), complemented by a Higher Diploma from Al Sahwa Schools.
