Asma Ali al Zadjali

Asma Ali Al Zadjali currently serves as the General Manager and Chief Banking Operations Officer at Oman Arab Bank, a position held since June 2016, where responsibilities also include leadership roles in the Banking Operations Group and Credit Administration Division. Additionally, Asma is active as a member of the Operations Committee under the Oman Banks Association and has served as an Outreach Chair Board Member for the ICF Oman Chapter. Prior to this, Asma held key positions at the National Bank of Oman and the National Bank of Abu Dhabi. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Strathclyde, an Executive Leadership Program from IMD, and currently pursuing a Doctorate in Operations Management and Supervision at the University of Gloucestershire.
