Balqees Al Siyabi has a diverse work experience in the field of sales, engineering, and chemical engineering. Balqees started their career as a Chemical Engineering Intern at Haya Water in 2018. Balqees then worked as a Risk, Safety and Reliability Engineer at MES from December 2018 to January 2019. In 2019, they joined Oman Cables Industry SAOG as a Sales Engineer. In 2020, Balqees joined Prysmian Group as an International Graduate, and later served as an Assistant Sales Manager. Currently, they hold the position of a Technical Sales Support Specialist at Prysmian Group.
Balqees Al Siyabi completed their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering at Swansea University from 2015 to 2018. Balqees then pursued a Foundation degree in Engineering, Computing, and Science at the University of Leeds from 2014 to 2015. In 2020, they enrolled in the PGP9 - Business Administration and Management program at SDA Bocconi, which they completed in 2022.
In addition to their formal education, Balqees obtained several certifications. In December 2020, they completed certifications such as "5S Workplace Productivity," "Building Resilience as a Leader," "Finance and Accounting Tips," "Following Up after a Sales Meeting," "How to Train Your Brain for Maximum Growth," "Lean Six Sigma: Analyze, Improve, and Control Tools," "Lean Six Sigma: Define and Measure Tools," "Optimize Your Resume for Applicant Tracking Systems," and "The New Rules of Work".

In July 2022, they completed the "Design Thinking: Data Intelligence" certification and the "Negotiating Your Job Offer" certification. Balqees further expanded their expertise with certifications like "B2B Marketing Foundations: Pricing Strategies" in April 2022 and "A Design Thinking Approach to Putting the Customer First" in October 2021.
Most recently, in 2023, Balqees obtained certifications such as "Leveraging Neuroscience in the Workplace," "Designing a Presentation," "Onboarding New Hires as a Manager," and "Excel PivotTables: Mastering PivotTables and PivotCharts."
