Joel Roy

Joel Roy has a diverse work experience in the cable industry, spanning from 2004 to the present. Joel started their career at Havells India Ltd as a Manager (Division Head), where they successfully led the cable division and was promoted to division head within one and a half years. In 2007, they joined Thermo Cables Limited as an Area Manager, where they achieved sales budgets and secured the largest single order for the company. Later that year, Joel joined Oman Cables Industry (SAOG) as a Sales Manager - Industrial. In this role, they independently handled projects, EPC contracts, and the distribution network in Oman, with a specific focus on the oil & gas segment. Joel successfully executed major projects, negotiated contracts, and secured a major contract with Occidental Oman, Inc. for three years.

Joel Roy completed their Graduate Engineering Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the State Board of Technical Education from 1988 to 1992. Joel then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Dr. BRAOU, Hyderabad, from 1997 to 2000. Later, in 2005, they went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Dr. BRAOU.

In addition to their formal education, Joel Roy has obtained several certifications.
