Masoud al Marhoubi

Masoud Al Marhoubi has a diverse work experience in various companies and positions. Masoud has been the Head of Procurement & Contracts at Oman Flour Mills Company since 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Contracts, Procurement & In-Country Value Manager at GlassPoint Solar from 2016 to 2019. Masoud also served as the Corporate In-Country Value Manager at Gulf Petrochemical Services & Trading LLC in 2015. Before that, they were a Contracts Engineer at Occidental from 2007 to 2014. Masoud started their career as a Contracts & Project Engineer at Royal Oman Police from 2002 to 2007, and as a Quantity Surveyor at Hanscomb International Cost Consultant from 2000 to 2002.

Masoud Al Marhoubi earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering & Project Management from Glasgow Caledonian University from 2007 to 2009. During the same period, they also pursued a Master in Business Administration (MBA) with a general field of study at the University of Bedfordshire. Prior to that, they obtained a High National Diploma in Quantity Surveying from Perth College - Scotland between 1997 and 1999. Masoud Al Marhoubi completed their high school education at Al Manhel Private School, specializing in construction engineering. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained certifications in Executive Influence, How to Inspire and Develop Your Direct Reports, Purchasing Foundations, and Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn, with the latest certification received in 2021.
