Dima FAKHOURY is a seasoned compliance and governance professional with extensive experience in the insurance and financial sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Compliance and Corporate Governance at Sukoon Insurance since April 2024 and holding the position of Head Of Compliance at Oman Insurance Company since January 2019, Dima has a strong background in identifying and evaluating corporate governance components, controls, and policy manuals. Prior experience includes key roles at Lockton Companies as Vice President of Compliance, Zurich Insurance Company Ltd as Regional Senior Compliance Officer for the Middle East, and Deloitte as a Certified Internal Audit Supervisor. Dima holds a Master in Management from ESA Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the American University of Beirut.
