Issam al Utaibi

Issam Al Utaibi has extensive experience in the healthcare and insurance sectors, currently serving as the Director of Revenue Cycle Management at Al Zahra Pvt. Hospital in Dubai since February 2016, and as Vice President, Head of Medical Claims Operations at Oman Insurance Company since October 2013. Previous roles include Director of Onsite Operations at ACCUMED from September 2018 to December 2021, Operations Manager/Claims Processing Manager at NEXtCARE from June 2007 to August 2013, and Marketing & Health Insurance Manager at Al Salam International Hospital in Kuwait from March 2006 to May 2007. Issam holds a FLMI in Life and Health Insurance from LOMA, a degree in Computer Science from Philadelphia University, and an MBBS in Medicine from NMC in Pakistan, completed in 1985.
