Taras Sarapin is an experienced professional with a diverse background in insurance, finance, and technology. Currently serving as AVP and Head of CRM, BPM, and Integration at Oman Insurance Company since April 2015, Taras focuses on developing a robust digital transformation strategy and optimizing business processes through enterprise IT architecture. Prior roles include Head of PMO at Oranta Insurance, where Taras implemented Agile principles to enhance efficiency and reduce costs, and AVP at 3i Infotech, managing IT solutions delivery and financial services practice development in Central Eastern Europe. Earlier experiences include leadership positions at SITRONICS IT, involving CRM solutions development, and project consulting roles at Sitronics IT and SoftServe. Taras holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an EMDP from Ashridge Business School, and two Master's degrees in Economics and Computer Science from National University 'Lviv Polytechnics.'
