Majan Al-Abdullatif CMA FCT is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in asset management and financial leadership, primarily within Shell since April 2007. Currently serving as General Manager for Asset Management, Majan effectively manages Shell’s relationships with key joint venture stakeholders while focusing on value creation in asset commercial matters. Prior roles include Commercial Manager, where successful negotiations and agreement renegotiations were achieved, and Deputy Finance Manager overseeing finance for Shell's operations in Oman. Additional leadership roles encompass financial control and transformation management in the UAE and Oman. Apart from responsibilities at Shell, Majan holds several directorships, including positions at Petroleum Development Oman and Oman LNG, and is actively pursuing a Global Executive MBA at IE University. Educational credentials include a BSc from the University of Strathclyde, strategic treasury qualifications from the Association of Corporate Treasurers, and a Certified Management Accounting designation.
