Suleiman al Saifi

Suleiman Al Saifi is an experienced Corporate Planning Manager at Oman LNG L.L.C. since March 2021, specializing in the management and development of the company’s Business Plan and ensuring alignment with corporate strategy through the Balanced Scorecard Methodology. Previously, Suleiman served as Lead Workforce Management, focusing on manpower planning, employee value propositions, and compensation systems. With an extensive background in human resources, Suleiman has held various roles at the Ministry of Energy and Minerals and Oman LNG, including HR Lead for the In Country Value Program and HR Stream Manager for the ERP Project. Educational credentials include qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce & Economics from Sultan Qaboos University.
