Khamis Al Shuaibi is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in managing shared services and HR functions across various industries. Since September 2013, Khamis has served as the General Manager of Shared Services at Oman Oil Marketing Company, leading initiatives in HR, Customer Services, and Corporate Affairs to foster customer-centricity and transform the fuel industry. Prior experience includes roles such as HR Manager at PwC, HR Business Partner at Vale and Unilever, and HR & Administration Officer at Al Omanyia Financial Services. Khamis has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Sultan Qaboos University and is pursuing advanced degrees in Human Resources and an MBA, alongside being a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
