Suryakant Thorat

Suryakant Thorat has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Suryakant is currently working as the Production Head at Oman Pharmaceutical Products since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Unichem Laboratories Limited as an Associate General Manager from April 2019 to March 2021 and as a Sr. Manager from September 2014 to March 2019. Before that, they held the position of Manager/Sr. Manager Production at Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited from March 2010 to September 2014. Suryakant also worked as an Asst. Manager at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories from June 2009 to March 2010 and as an Executive at Wockhardt from July 2005 to June 2009.

Suryakant Thorat completed their education in a sequential manner. Suryakant began by obtaining a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Appasaheb Birnale College of Pharmacy, South Shivajinagar, Sangli Miraj Road, from 1994 to 1998. Prior to that, they pursued their higher secondary education at YC College of Science from 1992 to 1993, where they focused on Physics, Chemistry, and Biology for their HSC degree. Their educational journey started with completing their SSC (Secondary School Certificate) in Science and Social Science at JSVV Vadgoan Satara from 1990 to 1991. Finally, Suryakant Thorat pursued a Master's degree in Pharma Technology at Vinayaka Mission's Research Foundation - University from 2007 to 2009.
