Saif al Barwani

Saif Al Barwani has extensive work experience in finance and administration. Saif is currently the Director of Finance and Administration at Oman Sail since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Mazoon Mining LLC, overseeing the Yanqul copper/gold project located within Block 10 from October 2018 to August 2021. Saif also served as the General Manager Finance at Gulf Mining and Materials Co from October 2016 to October 2018. Saif Al Barwani started their career at BankMuscat, where they held various roles including Relationship Manager, Project Management core team member, Deputy Regional Manager, Internal Auditor, and Operation In Charge - Assistance Branch Manager from 2003 to 2013. Finally, they served as a Senior Corporate Banker at Oman Arab Bank from November 2013 to October 2016.

Saif Al Barwani completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at the University of Brunei Darussalam from 1998 to 2002. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at The University of Hall from 2011 to 2012.
