Mehdi al Lawati

Mehdi Al Lawati is an experienced communications professional with a background in journalism and media relations. Currently serving as a Press Specialist and Acting Manager of Press & Media at Omantel since August 2017, Mehdi has also held the position of Internal Communications Specialist within the company. Prior to this role, Mehdi worked as a Reporter for AL SHABIBA from October 2014 to July 2017 and began a career in journalism as a Reporter for Muscat Daily from December 2012 to October 2013. Mehdi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication/Journalism from Sultan Qaboos University, earned between 2007 and 2012.
