Laurence Towner

Laurence Towner has over 12 years of professional experience in the field of immunology and bioscience. In 2021, they joined OMass Therapeutics as a Senior Scientist in Immunology. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Research Fellow in Cancer Immunology at the University of Southampton. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Postdoctoral Research Assistant at Queen Mary University of London. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Solutions Scientist in Systems Biology and Drug Discovery Solutions at Thomson Reuters. From 2009 to 2013, they worked as an MRC PhD Candidate at Cardiff University. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as an MSc student in Analytical Bioscience at the University of Huddersfield.

Laurence Towner received their PhD in Complement biology and gene expression from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd in 2013. Prior to this, they earned a Master of Science (MSc) in Analytical Bioscience from The University of Huddersfield in 2008. Laurence also attained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Medical Biology from The University of Huddersfield in 2008.
