Rachel Woodburn

Rachel Woodburn is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in project management and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Ombud since September 2025, Rachel has previously held significant roles such as Chief of Staff at ForceMetrics and Beam, the latter being a brand enablement platform that transitioned from Monigle in January 2024. With a strong foundation in digital project management, Rachel has contributed to the operational success of various companies including Monigle, where roles spanned from Senior Director of Operations to Associate Director of Project Management. Past experience includes project management positions at 90octane and Blue Chip Marketing Worldwide, along with a focus on client relationship management at News America Marketing. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Loyola University Chicago.
